Having been with the business for over eight years, Ashleigh is the go-to person for anything and everything accounts or admin-related. As Group Accounts & Administration Manager, she oversees a wide range of business-critical functions, including creditors and debtors, cashflow and payroll. She’s the woman who makes sure everyone pays and gets paid on time, and works closely with her counterparts in the Christchurch and Wellington branches to keep things running smoothly nationwide.

Ashleigh has over 17 years’ experience in office management, accounts and bookkeeping. Prior to joining to Camelspace, she spent seven years with a printing services company in Durban, SA, leaving when she and her husband moved to New Zealand in 2008.

She has seen the Camelspace team grow from 10 people when she joined to around 120 today, and loves the varied opportunities and the continual development that the ongoing company growth brings. She enjoys the relaxed office environment and the people she works with, considering them friends rather than colleagues.

Outside of work, Ashleigh is into the outdoors (somewhat weather permitting) and likes mountain biking and walking. As a Southern African-born kiwi, of course she’s a rugby fan. She’s a staunch supporter of the All Blacks – until they play South Africa when she can’t help but sit on the fence.
