How do I get the scaffold to/from my location?
When dry-hiring scaffold you must cover the cost of transport. A number of transport options are available to you:
- collect the material from our Auckland yard in your own truck;
- arrange a transport company such as Owens or Freight Lines to collect and return the material;
- we can arrange transport for you and add this charge to your bill.
The majority of our Auckland based clients collect scaffold themselves. Those based outside of Auckland normally have us arrange transport.
Road transport is not as expensive as you may think. This is born out by the number of clients we are supplying as far away as Kaitaia, Wellington and in the South Island. We are more than happy to get a transport quote for you prior to hiring.
